Level 2: Please Read This Before Ordering

Here in Taranaki we are now at Alert Level 2 on the COVID - 19 alert system.

This means that we can now safely process and ship your order out to you.

Delays Expected

Shipping Delays are to be expected:

• Couriers are slow right now as they are overloaded
• Couriers have requested us all not to chase them up if your order is slower than usual
• Please allow some extra time for delivery

All orders are being processed in the order received. In the event an item is out of stock you will be refunded. Please be patient and rest assured we are on to it and will get all orders out as quick as we can. Please avoid sending follow up emails as our system is somewhat overloaded and these may slow us down.

International shipments now available at Level 2.

We are now shipping international orders. This includes both retail and wholesale orders. Any Aussie or international orders received during Level 3 will ship in the next few days.

Live Plant Delays

We will need to let the couriers clear their backlog before shipping live plants. We expect this to happen by next Wednesday. Thanks for your patience.
