If you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from this site and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so up to 14 days after the date of your purchase. All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging (unopened).
We do not refund shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our behalf.
Herbs, Supplements, Smoking Mixtures and Seeds
Unfortunately, in order to protect all of our customers from adulterated or contaminated products we are unable to accept returns on perishable or consumable products such as herbs, supplements, smoking mixtures and seeds. No exceptions so please choose carefully.
Live Plants and Clones
If your plant or clone dies with in 3 weeks with proper care, send us a photo and we will resend. We guarantee your growing success. There are no guarantees when working with mother nature and shipping times are an estimate only. In rare cases there may be delays. We do not refund live plant or clone orders just because you decide you do not want to wait any longer for your order to be shipped. This is because once you order these products we start preparing them for you which incurs time and costs. Also we have had customers try to jump up the queue by threatening to cancel their plant order unless we ship theirs immediately. This practice is unfair to our more patient customers who may have been waiting quietly for weeks. No exceptions so please choose carefully.
Vaporizers, Digital Scales, Electronic Devices
We do not accept returns on herbal aromatherapy vaporizers or any other electronic devices such as digital scales, unless there is a manufacturing defect or other fault with the product, in which case you are covered under the manufactures warranty and the consumer guarantees act. We will support you to make a claim with the manufacturer and look after you, but there is a procedure to follow and it will not be sorted overnight. We do not accept returns on devices that function as intended, just because you do not like the product or change your mind. There are plenty of video reviews of these product available online so do the research before you make a purchase. No exceptions so please choose carefully.
Please contact us before sending items back to us by filling out and submitting the form below. In cases where there was a mistake made on our behalf or you have received faulty goods we will send you a courier bag or box for collection of the goods. We reserve the right to refund, replace or offer you a store credit at our own discretion.
