At MindFuel, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policies below.
General Returns Policy
✅ Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ Refunds or exchanges available for eligible products
🚫 We do not refund shipping costs unless an error was made on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Herbs, Supplements, Smoking Mixtures, and Seeds – To ensure all customers receive unadulterated, high-quality products, returns are not permitted on these items.
- Live Plants and Clones – Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. However, we guarantee plant health! 🌱 If your plant or clone dies within 3 weeks with proper care, send us a photo, and we’ll resend a replacement at no extra cost.
📌 Note on Live Plant Shipping Times:
Shipping times for live plants may vary due to seasonal availability. We do not offer refunds due to shipping delays—once an order is placed, we immediately begin preparation, incurring costs.
Electronic Devices & Vaporizers
- Vaporizers, Digital Scales & Other Electronic Devices are covered under manufacturer warranties. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will assist you in making a warranty claim.
- We do not accept returns on functioning devices simply because of a change of mind. Please research products thoroughly before purchasing.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1️⃣ Contact us first – Before sending any item back, please fill out the form below or email sales@mindfuel.co.nz.
2️⃣ We will guide you through the return process – If a return is approved due to an error or faulty product, we will send a prepaid courier bag for easy return shipping.
3️⃣ Refund, replacement, or store credit – We reserve the right to determine the best resolution for each case.
