Dear valued MindFuel customer,
Did you email us over the last few days?
If so, we may not have received your email.
It appears sometime Friday our email overloaded and we stopped receiving new emails. We resolved this issue this morning (Tuesday 21/09/21), after firstly thinking it was an issue with our new computer.
While this issue is now sorted and we are again receiving emails as normal, it appears we may not have received any emails sent over the last few days.
If you have emailed us since late last week and we have not responded this is the reason why. Please resend your email to us now and our customer service team will help you shortly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Good morning,
In mid November I mad an ORDER #10125. I am well aware it takes time to fill this order. My concern is that I may be away on holiday when it is despatched. Could you please contact me before delivery to make sure that I am at home before sending? This applies to a short period before Xmas and in the new year.
