Usage: Cover 1 tsp in 1 cup of boiled water, allow to stand for 5 minutes, strain and drink. Add Honey or Stevia to taste. For best effects use daily. Some people feel a lift right away, most take a few days to start seeing the benefits. In general it is best to take a cycle of St Johns Wort, for example take for 30 days, then have a couple of weeks off. Repeat as needed.
