Ethnobotanical History: Mullein (Verbascum thapus) was smoked or used as a tea against pulmonary ailments, by First Nation American tribes. Dioscorides first recommended the plant 2000 years ago, against pulmonary diseases.

Usage: Mullein is light, fluffy and has no taste making it an ideal herbal base herb for any smoking mix. Mullein may sooth irritated and inflamed lungs and throats. It was one of the base herbs used alongside damiana in popular smoking products Kronic and Aroma.

Constituents: Mucilage, flavonoids, Iridoids, sterols, and sugars.

Warning: Smoking is harmful to health. We recommend this product is used as a tea or in a herbal aromatherapy vaporizer.

Mullein

Badly thought out as a product be cause of the way it's been processed. Only good for pipes. The product looks like it's been ground, rather than cut. I won't be buying this product again.

Thanks so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it :)

I just checked out our Mullein stock and it is ground up to the same texture weed would be ground when you have put it in a herb grinder to roll up a spliff. Really sorry to hear this is too ground up for your needs. This feedback is very useful for us when considering how much to grind up our future herbs and blends. We had not considered some customers may prefer herbs not ground but will consider this in future.

Unfortunetly this herb comes already ground by our 3rd party supplier and we do not get to have a say in this matter. Aside from this, Mullein is one of those herbs that looks a little different (different cut / grind) each time a new shipment lands, so it seems there is no standard cut yet.

In any event, we have some plants outside in our garden, so will look into if it's possible to offer a cut only not ground option in future. We will also consider offering seeds so that customers can grow and process their own to their desired cut.
