Dosage: The recommended dosage can vary depending on the specific intention of the user and individual sensitivity. Typically, a starting dose may range from 1 to 30 drops of MicroDrops, or up to 1ml daily. It is advisable to start with a lower dose and gradually increase as needed. Do not exceed 1ml daily. There are various micro-dosing regimens, so we recommend reading up on micro-dosing regimes on the internet to see which regimen best suits you. The most common method of micro-dosing is dosing every 3rd or 4th day,  however MicroDrops are also able to be used daily if needed. The best time to dose is early in the morning before breakfast, however those using for lucid dreaming may try dosing one hour before sleep. Do not use MicroDosing for more than 2 months without taking at least a 2 week break.
