Ethnobotanical History: In the Middle Ages, Mugwort was used as a magical protective herb. Often used in witchcraft, Mugwort is claimed to be useful in inducing lucid dreaming and astral travel. Smoking the plant, or consuming a tea, prior to sleeping is said to increase the intensity of dreams, the level of control, and to aid in the recall of dreams upon waking.

Interesting Herb

This is one of the most interesting herbs in existence i find. smoking or drinking or even putting it under your pillow can induce crazy and lucid dreams. i mean crazy dream like you are actually there. really fascinating. it has a nice fluffy texture and makes a nice smoke just before bed. it mainly has a relaxing effect but is more suited to exploring dream states, during waking hours it creates a kind of feel good feeling but at night is really where the magic comes out. would highly recommend if you are into lucid dreaming this is a must have for that. although sometimes you feel like you haven't slept though as the dreams feel like you were living them all night.
