Description: Hops belongs to a genus in the Cannabinaceae family. It is best known as the main ingredient of beer. It has also a long history of usage as a sedative.

Active Constituents: Hops contains Lupulin, a resinous powder chemically related to THC.

Usage: Hops can be brewed into beer, simmered in boiling water for 20mins to make a sedative tea or smoked for effect. The Lupuline can also be extracted to make hash (made the same way as cannabis based hash), that can then be added to smoking material or otherwise consumed. Hops has a synergistic effect when combined with Valerian and Passion Flower.
