One off payments for Parts & Accessories.This page is used for making payments to MindFuel for anything that is not yet listed on the Website.
If you want to make a payment to MindFuel for any reason, parts, accessories, one off purchases etc.. please use this page to make your payment.
If you are not fully satisfied with any item and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so up to 14 days after the date of your purchase. All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
We regret that we are unable accept returns or exchanges on consumable or perishable goods such as herbs, extracts and seeds.
Please contact us before sending items back to us. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our behalf.
New Zealand Orders We offer you FREE overnight courier delivery with Courier-Post for orders over $25. Orders under $25 will incur a $5 postage and handling fee at checkout. International Orders NZ$20* Flat Rate Worldwide. *Some extra large products (eg: large books) may incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case we will contact you upon receiving your order. We ship all orders with NZ Post International airmail. This is a reliable service but there is no tracking available. We can also ship express with track and trace (DHL, Fedex) at your expense. Just let us know upon ordering and we will confirm cost. Delivery Times We strive to get all NZ orders received before 3pm dispatched same day with overnight courier so you can receive your goodies the following morning. Some orders may take an extra day or few. International orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days and generally take about 7 working days to arrive, although some countries may take up to 21 working days. We will contact you if we can not get your order shipped within 3 working days. Please allow us a few days to process your order before sending 'where's my order?' emails. Orders with Live Plants Please allow up to 6 weeks for live plant and clone delivery. We will keep you updated with plant shipping dates. Orders with Multiple Items In order to serve you quicker we may occasionally divide orders containing multiple items into two separate shipments. If this is the case we will not charge shipping on the second shipment. This mainly applies to live plants that are ordered alongside other products.
Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain brown postal boxes or courier bags. For New Zealand customers only your name & address and a return P O box label are viable from the outside of the package. For International customers we use our low profile background company return address. All products are given low key descriptions.
Customs Costs and Compliance All our products are 100% legal in New Zealand. International customers please check with your local customs that our products are legal to import into your country before submitting your order. While we have done our best to list shipping restrictions for each product, due to constantly changing international laws we can not be expected to keep up with the current legal status of each of our products in every country in the world. We take no responsibility for orders confiscated by your local customs or any other issues or costs that may arise after your order has left New Zealand. Do not order products that may be illegal in your country. If in doubt consult your lawyer.
